Professor Andrew Pettigrew is Professor of Strategy and Organization at the Said Business School, University of Oxford and Senior Golding Fellow, Brasenose College. His research has pioneered the use of contextual and temporal analyses of organisational processes of strategy making, change, decision making and power. He is the author or editor of 15 books and has published in most of the top management journals in the world. Andrew Pettigrew was awarded an OBE in the 2009 New Year Honours list for his services to Higher Education.

Ray Mostogl was the winner of CEO Magazine's prestigious Executive of the Year Award 2014. As General Manager Operations for Bell Bay Aluminium (BBA), Ray Mostogl is the leader for the smelter's operations in Tasmania. He is President of the Tasmanian Minerals Energy Council and a board member with the Launceston Chamber of Commerce. Ray is also a member of a number of State Government expert panels dealing with freight and energy.

Dr Anthony McCann is the founder of Hummingbird Culture Change, and a specialist in culture change, leadership and ethics. He is a published poet and songwriter, and holds positions at the Smithsonian Institute's Center for Folklife and Cultural Heritage, the University of Bristol's Graduate School of Education, the Center for Emergent Diplomacy in Santa Fe, and the Center for Inter-Cultural Practice in San Francisco.
