Congratulations to HSI Tas Education Officer Pieter Van Dam who has successfully submitted an abstract for an oral presentation at the 3rd Asia-Pacific International Conference on Qualitative Research in Nursing, Midwifery and Health.
The information sessions at Launceston General Hospital and at Royal Hobart Hospital were arranged by Health Services Innovation Tasmania (HSI Tas) to enable senior clinicians from other Australian hospitals to share frontline experiences in enhancing acute care through the Clinical Redesign process.
The key organisations involved in planning and delivering public health care in Tasmania have come together in the Health Partners Consortium to provide strategic advice for Health Services Innovation Tasmania (HSI Tas), established to assist Clinical Redesign in the state’s hospital system.
Two staff doctors from major hospitals in Sydney and rural NSW will share their experiences in improving acute care through the clinical redesign process at staff information sessions to be hosted by the Tasmanian Health Organisation – North (2 April 2014) and Tasmanian Health Organisation – South (4 April).
A senior clinician with extensive experience implementing clinical redesign methodology in the health care sector will be the guest speaker at a clinical redesign information session for Tasmanian Health Organisation - North West staff on Wednesday 26 March 2014. The session will be held at North West Regional Hospital, Burnie and made available to staff at other sites.
