Dr De Korne recently visited Tasmania and presented A Quality and Safety in Healthcare lecture at the Medical Science Precinct in Hobart. His implementation, research and teaching focusses on understanding the diffusion of quality and patient safety innovations and includes business process and systems redesign, human factors and ergonomics, and performance benchmarking.
